Welcome to Temple of Ishvara. By engaging with our services and programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Payment Policy

Deposit and Final Payment: To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made via Website, Venmo, PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or Bank Transfer. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the commencement of the event. For teacher training programs, the remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the start date. Note that any PayPal fees or other transaction costs are the responsibility of the payer, not Temple of Ishvara.

2. Cancellation Policy

Deposit Terms: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to another Temple of Ishvara event within a one-year period. If you cancel less than a month before the start of the retreat, training, or session, neither the deposit nor any additional payments will be refunded due to pre-paid costs for venues, preparation and other expenses. Refunds will also not be issued at any cost once the program has begun due to pre-paid costs for venues, preparation time and other expenses.

3. Accommodation

Room Requests: While we will strive to accommodate specific room requests, we cannot guarantee them. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration increases the likelihood of meeting special preferences. If attending solo, you will be paired with another participant. For those attending with a friend or partner, please specify your roommate preference at the time of registration.

4. Instructor Cancellation Policy

Refunds Due to Instructor Cancellation: If an instructor/Temple of Ishvara needs to cancel the retreat, workshop, or session due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to arrange a new date. At that time, you may choose to either request a full refund or transfer your payment to the rescheduled event. If you opt for the transfer and later decide you cannot attend the new date, no further refunds will be issued.

Event Cancellation: Temple of Ishvara reserves the right to cancel an event if attendance falls below 50% of capacity within 30 - 90 days of the start date. In such cases, all deposits will be refunded.

Travel and Additional Costs: Any expenses related to travel, such as flights, ferries, or extra accommodation, will not be reimbursed if the instructor cancels. We highly recommend obtaining travel and health insurance to safeguard against financial loss and ensure comprehensive coverage.

5. Health and Safety

Medical Disclosure: Please inform us of any medical conditions or health issues prior to booking. Temple of Ishvara is not responsible for any mental health issues, physical injuries, or other health-related incidents that may occur during any of our sessions, trainings, or retreats. Participants are encouraged to take all necessary precautions and consult with healthcare professionals as needed.

6. Code of Conduct

Behavior Expectations: Participants are expected to act respectfully and adhere to the guidelines provided. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Content Protection: All materials and content provided by Temple of Ishvara are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.

8. Media Rights

Permission for Media Use: By participating in our events, you consent to Temple of Ishvara using any media, including videos and photographs, taken during the program for promotional purposes on our social media platforms and other marketing channels.

9. Location Discrepancies

Photos featured on our website or other promotional materials may not accurately reflect the actual location of the retreat due to last-minute changes.
